Johannesburg Truck and Crane Hire (JHB Truck Hire) is a logistics stalwart in heavy commercial vehicle rentals. This RSA-based flagship firm was facing staggering competition with increasing demand, leading to growth bottlenecks. To address the brand fiasco, the company required a more vibrant online brand personality.  

JHB’s project team approached Viacon.io with the same KPI during the first onboarding meeting.
