BKS is planning a generous online growth with a plan to secure a creative and modern interface to reflect a yoga-anchored theme. We did a site audit to reveal comprehensive details of all pages before preparing a seamless interaction tool for visitors.
Problems
Outdated website
The existing website was outdated and lacked mobile optimization.
Poor SEO and content
There was no content roadmap and no SEO optimization on any of the site pages
Poor site health
Third-party “Momence” integration depreciates the site's health.

Solutions
Custom theme
A new WordPress theme was created with BKS’ brand essence in mind and customized with ACF blocks.
Modular website
Custom Post Types were added to make the website more modular.
Content ecosystem
Gravity Forms was implemented to streamline the content ecosystem.
Email handling
Mailchimp was set up to collect email addresses for newsletters.
The Process
We leveraged a loud screen to reflect the brand personality. To design the reimagined webpages, we followed this methodology:
Brainstorming
The Q/A team pinned all website issues and profiled the key target audiences.
Design
A detailed project scope was created, including user personas, probable additional features, and KPIs.
Magicians in Action
The layout, wireframe, and content roadmap were created. An updated UI was also designed.
Implementation
Screen mock-ups were created on Figma. The standout features, such as changeable WordPress blocks, were designed to enhance content layout and delivery.
